Close up 800mm photos of all the different heat shield tiles on SpaceX Starship IFT-6 Starship 31 and Booster 13. Photos show many different types of tiles and materials being used on Tuesday's launch attempt. There are also a few missing tiles to see how the new first time underlayment works on re-entry if tiles are lost on future missions.
Also visible in the close up photos are camera openings on the bottom booster fins and cameras on the fuselage.
SpaceX will collect a ton of data from this flight and possible 2nd attempt at a chopstick booster catch tomorrow.
On a side note President Elect Donald Trump will be watching the launch with Elon Musk and I would expect a pad inspection if the booster is caught by the two of them once the vehicle is safe.
